Riding a bicycle competitively hundreds of miles a week in extreme heat is terrifically demanding for any cyclist.
I have been suffering leg cramps for ten years, during and after rides lasting thirty to one hundred and thirty miles.
At first I thought it was just dehydration and not drinking enough water with some additive such as Cytomax or Heed.
But even with massive amounts of liquid the night before and the morning of an event I would still cramp. Then I
discovered Hammer Nutrition's Endurolites or E Tabs(Salt Sticks also). They improved the cramping if I did two one
hour before a work-
out and two or three every half hour during the workout, especially if it's over 85F. However I still cramped so I
discovered Hammer Nutrition's Super Race Caps. E Tabs one hour before a workout or event and
do two Super Race Caps along with the E Tabs. The cramping stopped. After seven years of trying to figure it out.
Then today someone told me about Hyland's Leg Cramps and I'm taking two tonight, tomorrow I ride fifty miles and the
next day I'll ride the Savannah Century in close to four hours, we'll see won't we.I will continue Hydrating with Heed
or Cytomax, doing E Tabs and Super Race Caps, and now trying Hyland's product, the jury is still out.

I was waking up at night about 3 times a week. I don't anymore now that I started taking this product. It's very reasonably priced, easy to take, with a pleasant taste. What more can I ask for? If I stop taking it, once in awhile, the cramp comes back. But not as regular as it was before. I resume the pills, and it goes away again.

This product works well. I don't use it alot but I sometimes use it along with Cramp 911 when my leg cramps are really bad. It's easy to use. Just dissolve 2-3 tablets under your tongue and it seems to keep the cramps from coming back during the night.
